WirelessRage.com ships orders to USA. We are not currntly supporting any international shipping. We ship by the following carriers, US Postal Service and FedEx
Shipping Methods:
Free shipping (via US Postal Service First Class Mail) is available to USA address, for merchandise that qualifies for free shipping. Qualified merchandise will contain a FREE Shipping logo next to its price.
AP, AA, AE shipping address does not qualify for Free Shipping. AP, AA, AE shipping address will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail only.
WirelessRage.com offers Standard Free Shipping (First Class Mail), USPS Priority Mail, USPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Next Day Air shipping, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Standard Overnight.
All shipping chargers our charged actual shipping rates, plus the cost of shipping materials and handling. We do not believe in padding are shipping fees.
Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). We process orders Monday thru Friday. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.
The processing time is completely different from the shipping time, therefore, to estimate delivery time (from the time you pay to the time the product arrives at your doorstep), please consider the following: Processing time (1-2 days) + Shipping time (standard free shipping 7-14 days) = Delivery time (9-16 days)
We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur by the shipping carrier. Delays may occur for many reasons, such as but not limited to, weather conditions, seasonal, invalid shipping address and/or Carriers error.
There may be occasions that the shipping carrier may lose a package during delivery. This is an unforeseen circumstance and can not be controlled by WirelessRage.com. We will consider a package lost after the alloted delivery days, from the date package was accepted by the shipping carrier, have been past. If the shipping carrier loses a package, the order will be re-processed and replaced, after we confirm package has been lost. The order will be shipped with the exact same shipping method that it was originally placed with. Expedited shipping can be request at customers expense.
Order Shipped Notification:
Customers will be notified by e-mail, once your order has been shipped. If there is any delay in processing your order, you will be notified by email.
TRACKING Your Package:
To track your package or to verify the status of your order, log in to your account by clicking the ORDER STATUS link at the top of the home page, right hand side, below our phone number.
Packages Shipped By US Postal Service (USPS)
***Note: Tracking number is not available for items shipped via US Postal Service, but each package shipped will be shipped with a Delivery or Signature Confirmation number, as proof of shipment.
The United States Postal Service provides a service that will electronically verify a parcel has been delivered. This service is call Delivery or Signature Confirmation (tracking number). The Delivery or Signature Confirmation USPS provides, will not track a package delivery, step-by-step, like UPS or FedEx. It will only provide the time and date the parcel was delivered. Once your parcel has been delivered, the information on USPS.com will be updated.
When you track your order that was shipped by USPS, you will see either, ACCEPTED IN GARDEN GROVE, CA or The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (Date) to expect your package for mailing. Once your shipment has been delivered, it will show delivered status with the time and date.
Undeliverable Packages:
Wireless Rage is not responsible for packages returned due to undeliverable address. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address during the checkout process. If a package is returned, we will notify you by email and/or phone. Customers will be responsible for shipping chargers to re-ship the order again, regardless if order was shipped with Free Shipping.
If customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, and a refund is requested, shipping & handling fees will not be refunded for order that paid for shipping. Orders shipped with Free Shipping will be charged $4.50 for the first item, plus $2.75 for each additional item, and it will be discounted from refund amount. This is non-negotiable.
