Your satisfaction is our priority when you shop at WirelessRage.com. Please review our entire Warranty /Exchange / Return policy below. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your purchase, please contact us. We would like to hear from you.

 

We offer a 30 Return policy, from the date you received your merchandise. See Exchange and Return section below for full details. (This policy does not apply to Bluetooth headsets, stereo, electronic devises and some specific brands).

 

Warranty Policy:

 
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts and missing parts, subject to the conditions set forth. If you need assistance with manufactures contact information, please contact us. WirelessRage.com is not liable for any expenses that may occur due to manufacture warranty or replacement policy.

 
We offer warranty against manufacture defects on merchandise that has no manufacture warranty (i.e. generic brands) within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Merchandise warranty covers manufacture defects or workmanship only. It does not cover any merchandise that has been physically abused, torn, cut, dropped, improper installation, accidental damage, any other form of damages that was caused by you, or buyerÂ’s remorse.
 

Warranty - Bluetooth:

 

All Bluetooth hands-free and devises will be warranted by the manufacture, not Wireless Rage. Manufactures offer a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects. Contact us and we will provide you with the Bluetooth manufactures warranty department information.

 
Bluetooth  - Returns / Refunds - Non Defective:

Returns and refunds will be accepted for Bluetooth hands-free and devises that are in original shipped condition, NEW. We will not accept returns for the following reason- retail packaging seal broken or opened, tested, tampered with, abused in any way, or not in original shipped condition. Warranty Merchandise Exchange Return Instructions:

 
To insure a proper and expedite exchange, follow the instruction below
  • Notify us immediately byemail, with a brief explanation of the problem. We can sometime resolve many of the issues. Make sure to include Order number,email address, name, contact phone number and a description of the problem.
  •  If we can not resolve the problem, we will issue you a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA). Please note that a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) does not guarantee final disposition.
  • Download the PDF Return Authorization Form that needs to be filled out completely and included with your return. (Click Here).
     No returns/packages will be accepted without an RMA#.
 

Pack the product(s) into a shipping box or padded envelope, and tape securely. It is very important to write your RMA# on the outside of the package you are returning. We identify packages with the RMA#. If your RMA # is not visible on the outside of the package we may refuse your package (return). We suggest that you use USPS First Class or Parcel Post, insuring a traceable / tracking for the shipment. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

 

All exchanges or returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or retail packaging. WirelessRage.com reserves the right to refuse any such returns.

 

As soon as we receive the package, we will examine the merchandise and verify it is defective and no abuse or improper installation accord that caused the damage. If we find merchandise defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately, at our expense, by standard US Postal Service First Class Mail. Expedited shipping is available at your request for an additional fee. If we conclude the item was not defective and it was damaged, no exchange will be given and item will be returned at buyerÂ’s expense. Warranty process can take up to 7 business days, excluding weekends & holidays, after package has been received.

 

Defective Merchandise Refund Request:

 

Refunds for defective merchandise can be requested with in 30 days of you receiving your merchandise. Refunds will only be issued for merchandise that was found to be a manufacture defect by WirelessRage.com Warranty Department. You will be responsible for shipping costs, when shipping the merchandise back to us for a refund. Refund will be issued for the amount of the merchandise excluding any shipping, handling, or insurance paid. For orders with free shipping, a $4.50 processing fee will be charged for the first item, and $2.75 for each additional item, will be deducted from the refund amount. Merchandise returned with a Wireless Rage Pre-Paid Shipping Label for a Warranty Exchange, and then Request a refund, will be charged the cost of the Return Shipping Label that was provided to you and deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued the same way it was paid. Allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund.

 

Exchanges / Refunds for Non-Defective Merchandise:

 

Customers with Non-Defective Merchandise, who purchased the wrong item or with buyer’s remorse may request a merchandise exchange, store credit or a refund, within 30 days from the date merchandise was delivered, under the following circumstances.

 

Merchandise is in new un-opened condition: No Exceptions

 

A store credit or refund can be requested for merchandise in original shipped condition, New and Un-opened.

 

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for the merchandise, excluding any shipping, handling or insurance paid. Merchandise that was originally purchased with free shipping will be charged a processing fee of $2.00 per item. Store credit can only be used on WirelessRage.com. Any previous discounts or promotions that were used with the original purchase will not be extended.
 

Refunds: Merchandise must be in original condition as it was shipped, NEW and un-opened. Any merchandise that has been opened, tested, tampered with, or installed will not be accepted. No refund will be issued. All user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise. If all requirements are met, a refund will be issued for the amount of the merchandise excluding any shipping, handling, or insurance paid. No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused, missing the original packaging, have been used, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies are missing. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.  If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.

 

Merchandise has been opened: Subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee and WirelessRage.com reserves the right to refuse any such returns.

 

Bluetooth, stereo electronics, headphones, headsets, power adaptors, electronic devises is excluded and will not be accepted for any return, exchange or refunds.

 

No Refunds- No Exceptions will be issued for any merchandise that has been opened!

 

Merchandise Exchange: Customer will be responsible for shipping costs, when shipping the item back to us, and the shipping cost to ship new exchanged item. This is non-negotiable. Customer can select the shipping method for exchanged merchandise. Free Shipping will be excluded from merchandise exchange.

 

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the merchandise, excluding any shipping, handling or insurance paid. Store credit can only be used on WirelessRage.com. Any previous discounts or promotions that were used with the original purchase will not be extended.
